NCB operates an open access network. The Northwest Colorado Council of Governments' Project THOR provides middle mile transport and Mammoth Networks provides IP services for resale to NCB and third party ISPs who purchase network services from NCB. We offer dark fiber leases, lit services and colocation at our carrier neutral location hosted by the Steamboat Springs School District in downtown Steamboat Springs.

NCB purchases wholesale middle mile service through Project THOR and is a reseller to qualified ISPs. Contact us for details.
